Disclaimer: I am a Packers fan. I don't know what is up with the offense this season, but it is certainly not near the level of offense played last year. Obviously with Packers receivers, it's almost feast or famine with so many mouths to feed. That being said, Cassel is hurt and it doesn't seem like he has fans behind him. Will that affect him throughout the season, who knows? Rodgers is better than Cassel and Jennings is better than Bowe. Do the trade.

10 Teams PPR League QB - M. Ryan/ T. Romo RB - D. McFadden/ M. Forte/ B. Brown/ K Moreno/ W. McGahee (Gone)/ C. Benson (Gone) WR - V. Cruz/ P. Harvin/ / G. Jennings/ D. Alexander/ C. Givens TE - A. Gates/ H. Miller/ J. Tamme
Tough one, Bowe has been reliable but I had him last year and he faded as the season went on iirc. That being said, it seems like Jennings may be chronically injured for the rest of the season...

That's my issue. I have Nicks and Hernandez who have spent almost all season on my bench. Bowe starts, yes crappy QB, but he gets huge amount of targets. JEnnigs is better than Bowe when healthy, but with Julio and Torrey Smith as my other WRs....is it worth it to grab another might play later guy?
I would keep the Bowe with his uncertainty at QB over acquiring Jennings with his uncertainty at playing worthwhile anytime soon. I see no reason to acquire another injured WR when you have Nicks already.
KC will realize soon enough Cassel is not the answer and go in a different direction. Bowe will get his looks, regardless of whom is at QB. With Charles running like a man on a mission the KC passing game will have its chances to shine.
