MJD and RGIII Trade *Whir*

My running back core is deep, but I'll always try to get better trade bait if the opportunity presents itself. MJD has a bye, so the other guy has to start doug martin at flex. He is so low on MJD because of his last two games and has been trying to shop him, although he has been asking for way too much. Additionally, he is pretty low on his back-up QB, RGIII. As long as he clears the concussion tests, should I go through with this trade?

I give Big Ben and Mendy
I get RGIII and MJD

I am pretty sure I benefit, but, then again, I am trading two bench players away, so it's not the biggest deal in the world. While MJD has a bye and has had two bad games, I'd love to pick him up before JAX realizes that Gabbert is not the key to success. Thoughts?

Without your roster its tough to know what deep is....with that being said I like RGIII because he runs and MJD because well he's MJD. If these are truely bench players then do the trade offer.

I have been the beneficiary of good drafting and then a couple good trades that kind of just fell into place.

Or, there is a guy in my league who has Sproles (bye) as his number and has a WR at flex. His backups are Ronnie Brown and Gerhart. Should I go straight up Mendy for Brandon Marshall?
