Need Desperate Help w/Trade (1-4)

Well it has happened again...my seemingly awesome team has just been an awesome disappointment this year and now I need some help.

14-Team PPR: There is really only 1 team I can trade with for a RB because he has the depth and needs a WR.

My team
QB: Romo, Kolb#, Locker+
RB: Rice, Sproles*, Tate+, Jaquizz
WR: Julio, DeSean, Garcon, Roberts, K. Wright, Simpson+
TE: Tamme

His team
QB: RG3*, Luck
RB: Charles, McFadden, F-Jax, D.Brown
WR: Floyd, Hartline, Britt, LaFell
TE: Witten, Miller

So it's been a rough stretch for me (lost 4 in a row). Sproles is on a bye this week so I was thinking maybe I could do Garcon for Donald Brown, since he has RG3? Would that be a mistake? Should I try Kendall Wright for D.Brown?
