QB question (who to hold on to) also What to do with SJax.

Ok so first, my league plays 2 QB. Right now, I have Matt Ryan, Tony Romo, Josh Freeman and Christian Ponder.
Now, obviously i'm gonna hold on to Matt Ryan, but who should i Keep between the other 3?
Romo is gonna have some big games, but he's Romo, so he's going to have some awful weeks.
Freeman to me, has a lot of upside. He's young, he's got V. Jackson, he's got a new line, a new TE and a new RB.
Ponder has been doing pretty consistent.
So what would you do?

Also.... Steven Jackson, What do i do with this guy?
just for perspective my league starts 3 RB
I have Ahmad Bradshaw, Donald Brown and Ryan Matthews.

Should i drop him for one of these new guys with a future? For example William Powell, LaRod Stephens-Howling, James Starks, Alex Green, or even one of the rookies out of St.L

I know i'm asking a lot, so i really appreciate anyone that takes the time to answer, and i will for sure take the time to answer any of yours if you have them.

I would keep Romo personally, he has much more upside than the others. He'll throw picks, but he'll also get yards and should start getting TD's pretty soon.

Keep Sjax unless you get a decent offer, or try and trade him to someone who needs RB depth. He probably doesn't have a ton of value right now as it is, and still has nowhere to go but up the rest of the season.
