Last advice for a while about this team. Trade for QB?

Ok so it has been mentioned to me that basically I am a QB short of being crazy good now. Not sure if that is true but im working on it. (My team is in my Sig)

I am relatively happy with Roethlisburger/Dalton as my QB tandem but if say Eli Manning or Cam Newton were out there to be had would it be worth pursuing? What would i realistically give up that would put other areas of my roster in Jeopardy?

The last place guy in my league has a roster that looks like this:

QB: Newton/E Manning/Romo
RB: MJD/BJGE/Tate
WR:Calvin Johnson/Harvin/S Johnson/Heyward-Bey
TE: Finley/Rosario
K: Bryant
DEF: Packers

I know the guy with Rodgers wont trade him.
I cant se the guy with Brees moving him.
I might be able to get Brady but Id have to give up something meaningful at the WR spot.
I cant see Ryan being affordable with my roster unless I am sending him a QB + graham + Something and getting V Davis back in a trade
The dude with P Manning Only has manning, I wouldnt know where to start
I also dont know if RG3 would be avaliable or worth the risk.
Beyond those names mentioned i dont see the point.

Any wisdom out there to be had? I will look at your thread if youd like.

Stay put at QB one of those 3 guys will be fine. If anything I'd look to upgrade your RB#2

Stay put you have a good team as it is i trust dalton throwing to green and Roth throwing ot wallace/brown/miller

The three QB's are the guys team im looking at trading with. I have Dalton and Roethlisburger.
