QB vs. DEF same game?

First year playing. I have RG3 has my main, and currently the Vikings D. They, of course, play each other. Given his "iffy" status, just start my backup Luck or grab a different D? Seems counterproductive to keep it as is. Seattle, Rams, Miami, Atlanta D's are all available. (Ponder and Big Ben are as well if those are better options than Luck)

If Griffin is healthy you start him.

Typically I don't start defenses facing my QB for the very reason you mentioned, Miami and Atlanta are both good options.
