RG3 or Dalton? WHIR

Well I know the obvious answer since RG3 is practicing and has been cleared to play. However, I am considering Dalton because of the matchup. The Browns are giving up very favorable numbers to the QB right now, and I don't see that changing. What do you think?

Joe Haden is back which gives the Browns a big improvement on pass D against AJ Green. That swings it to RG3 for me unless there is some scary news between now and then.
