Kerley or Bess

What an awful number 2 receiver I have to play this week. But Amendola and Nicks are bout injured. So who would you play? It's a PPR. Jets are in shambles at receiver, and Bess doesn't get the benefit of a good matchup.

Kerley, Indy has not been very strong against the pass at all whereas Bess is playing a team that has held WR's down pretty well.
