Usually I like 2 for 1's if you're receiving the 1 but the upgrade from AP to Foster is so much smaller than the downgrade from Green to Antonio Brown.

I'd pass.

Im thinking of offering AP and spiller for Foster...is that better?

I'd pass. You're giving up too much in a WR to get a marginal upgrade.
