I was leaning toward Mende due to his breakout week last week but Bowe is tempting vs. TB. Just not sure what Quinn does to his value?

I feel like Bowe could provide more upside but Mendy give me a better shot @ 10 - 15 pts. Bowe could be anywhere from 5 - 20+. Give that I'm starting Peyton, Foster, Charles, Fitz, Cruz, Bennett at the other slots who do you think is the better play this week at flex?
