QB Trade Help Please!!...WHIR

I was offered Peyton Manning and Jacob Tamme for Christian Ponder and Tony Gonzalez. I'm rejecting that offer but would like some help with a counter. He has Manning and Ryan on a bye next week so he's in need of a QB. I'm leaning toward countering Ponder for Manning straight up and see if he bites (I doubt he will but worth a shot). Looking at our teams do you see a better counter offer I should try for?

QB - Cutlrt, Luck, Ponder
RB - McFadden, Murray, Bush, J. Rodgers
WR - Nicks, Bowe, A. Brown, A. Roberts
TE - Gonzalez
K - Nugent
D - Chicago, Cincinnati

His Team:
QB - Ryan, P. Manning
RB - Charles, Bolden, Ballard, Forte, P. Thomas
WR - Lloyd, M. Williams, Colston, Marshall, Amendola
TE - Tamme
K - Walsh
D - St. Louis

I'd try any one of your QBs for any one of his QBs. See if he bites. Otherwise, if he wants Gonzalez, I'd make sure I got Ryan in return. Maybe use a WR from each team to even it out.

I'd definitely do something centered around Ponder and Manning. He won't give up Ryan.

i personally wont make any trade to get Ponder if i am other team, Ponder is still ww potential in any league with less or equal to 12 teams.
therefore, the only way to get P.Manning or even M. Ryan is by offering WR or RB, however, you can still provide Ponder as extra to push the trade through
