QB & RB waiver questions - WHIR

So right now, I'm in a bit of a rut. 4 players are on bye & both my QBs may be out.

Just ahead of time, its a very small league with 6 teams and 3 idiots.
I picked up Ponder off of waivers & I have Brees (bye) and RG3 (Q-concussion). Now Joe Flacco just became available & I was thinking of switching him out for ponder.

Also, I have DMC, Morris, Bradshaw, D. Martin & Matt Forte and the Law firm just got put onto waivers + he's playing cleveland this week. Should I pick him up? And who should I drop to make room?

I'd stay put on your RB's. I would pick up Flacco for Ponder though.
