Should I make the Trade? whir

I've been offered the following trade and need some help.

I'd get Peyton Manning and Demarco Murray and give up Damarius Thomas, Alfred Morris, and Alex Green.

I'd like a better QB and I'm not convinced Morris will keep it up all year, but don't really want to give up Thomas.

Thoughts?

[preseason heroes]

I don't think Peyton's enough of an upgrade to Flacco to justify giving up a stud like D. Thomas. I wouldn't make the deal
