In a bubble, which receiver is the better option going foward?
Britt - Injury risk, poor offensive team but is clearly the go to guy when healthy.
FLoyd - Inconsistant at best, what will his roll be when VIncent Brown comes back - SD offense is better but roll could be dimished.
I can start 3 or 4 WR and currently have:
Fitzgerald
D. Thomas
Nicks (Injured)
Young
Floyd
Meacham
Vincent Brown (IR)
Yes, I have a monopoly on Charger WRs...
Please help, WHIR.

Both Receivers have size and athletic ability, but I'd go with Floyd here. First look at the QB's throwing the ball to them. Rivers is a more accurate passer than Locker or Hasselbeck.
Next look at the supporting cast. Kendall Wright is capitalizing off of Britt's injury misfortune in Tennessee. Nate Washington is a quite capable receiver there as well. Until Britt shows his knee/ankle are healthy, you can't trust him in your lineup. Floyd on the other hand has some continuation with Rivers from last year and they are comfortable with each other, unlike Robert Meachem. Brown's return will take a few targets from Floyd but in the end, Floyd is still 6'5" and I feel is a better deep threat than Britt. Floyd is on pace for a career year: 70 receptions, 1000 yds, and 5 or 6 tds...Britt is on pace for another injury.

Britt is more talented and has a lot more upside. However, at this point I wouldn't do it, because who knows if he will ever get fully healthy. See how he does tonight.
