Overvaluing my players? WHIR

Im in 2 leagues and i feel like i cant catch a break in either one of them, i have what appear to be stacked teams on paper but cant win. Both are 10 teams

League 1: .5PPR
QB - RG3, Cam, Romo
RB - McCoy, TRich, Sproles, J Best
WR - Calvin, Antonio Brown, Maclin, Hartline
TE - Hernandez, Celek

League 2: .25PPR
QB- Eli, Dalton
RB - McFadden, Reggie Bush, McGahee, Chris Johnson, Jonathan Stewart
WR - Fitzgerald, Antonio Brown, Torrey Smith, Nate Washington, Hartline
TE - Rudolph

Im working on a trade right now to get rid of RG3 or Cam in League one, only reason i have 3 QBs is because someone dropped him so i picked him up to have as my backup if i could move one of my other guys. Hopefully looking at Cam and Sproles for McFadden or something along those lines. You guys think i have to make any moves or am i just having some bad luck??

Team 2 ......I would trade CJ1ypc while his value is on the rise. Maybe CJ/Torrey for a pot notch WR like Julio/White/Marshall/Calvin/Cruz/AJ Green/maybe even D.Thomas.

The best i got for CJ was to get back Miles Austin in return. CJ has the Bills and then the Colts coming up so i couldnt pull the trigger for right now. Thanks though
