Who should I trade away forJimmy Graham?

I have someone wanting to trade me Jimmy Graham or Gronk for one or two of my players. I took the "load up on running back" approach and it's paid off well so I'm not considering getting rid of any of my top 3 rbs.And I'm not really in desperate need of a tight end because I don't put very much value on them although I could use a better one. He needs a rb or a wr. Who do you think will be a fair trade to give him for Graham?
