Yeah i would defintiely do this, great trade for you. You still have 2 solid RBs to start every week and 2 serviceable ones when you need in Jackson and Bush. In return you get the RB1 you desperately need who will pair nicely with Nicks when he gets back. Once Nicks is healthy you would have a solid starting 4 and a bunch of good options to put in your flex.

Without knowing the other guys team this seems like one of those trades that may be good for everyone involved
