Do I bench Gronk?

This for league #1.

I picked up Owen Daniels just in case. Gronk had been dealing with an injury and possibly the return of Hernandez could be a factor.

I don't think so. Daniels has been solid this year but Gronk is a must start pretty much every week. I don't think his injury will be an issue and I think Hernandez will need one more week before he becomes a real factor in the Pats offense again.

Hernandez coming back will help Gronk, not hurt him. Gronk has had to stay in and block on 20% of pass plays this year, compared to 10% last year. Hernandez can take some of those blocking responsibilities off of Gronk.

I think you have to play Gronk no matter what. I agree that Hernandez helps not hurts. If Hernandez plays and stretches the field, that is great news for Gronk (bad news for Welker).

There is no way I would bench Gronk.
