Should I trade Cam Newton for Ryan Mathews and Jay Cutler????

Cam has been inconsistent and I feel Mathews might blow up, not sure about cutler.

Or am I giving up too much?

Not sure what type of league you are in but on paper the Mathews/Cutler side of the deal is looking fairly good.
