Flex spot help...WHIR

Postby jsoap » Sat Oct 13, 2012 8:12 am

I am in a PPR league that gives 1 PPR. I need to pick 2 of the following:

Sidney Rice v NE
William Powell v BUF
Steven Ridley @ SEA
Randall Cobb v HOU
Anquan Boldin v DAL
Brian Hartline v STL

I am 5-0 and the points leader but was thining of gambling a bit with Rice against the 30th pass def and Powell agains the 30th rush def. Normally it is Boldin and Ridley but they are against the 1st pass def and 5th rush def, respectively.

I agree with you completely your other options all have tough Defense matchups. Since you are in a relatively comfortable position go with the safe options. If one of the others happen to crush a defense that is supposed to contain them... well you just can't foresee that.

Rice and Powell.

Thanks for helping on mine.

def go with rice even though wilson is a terrible qb. I don't know about powell, I expect howlings to hurt powell's production alot. I would stick with ridley. I know seattle has a good rush defense but brady will move the ball as he always does so ridley should get some good chances.

I still like Boldin... but you're right, that matchup is horrible. I would roll with Rice and Ridley.

I think I'd have to agree with Rice, even though I don't like Rice.
And zona is too risky even though they're against an easy defense. Go with ridley.

Thanks for help on mine.
