10 team, NON PPR league

Do I have the right guys starting for this week?

I started Mendenhall and that didn't work out. Should I start Murray at the Flex instead of Miles Austin?

Also Ponder and Kolb are both on the WW, I can drop Kevin Smith and pick up Ponder if you think he'll be a better play then Romo this week.

QB: Romo || Cam Newton (BYE)
RB: Foster, Mendenhall || D. Murray, S. Jax, K.Smith
WR: Julio Jones, P.Harvin, D. Thomas ||James Jones
Flex: Miles Austin
TE: Rudolph || Olsen
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: ARI

I would pick up Ponder, he is the better option this week. I think Murray and Austin is a coin flip, but I prefer Murray.

Plus Ponder is facing possibly the worst passing defense. I do also prefer Murray over Austin because Baltimore, although is ranked 22nd in pass D, the secondary causes turnovers and fits (hence another reason to bench Romo).
