Bowe or Welker?

Bowe plays at Tampa Bay, but his regular QB is out, so I don't know how much play he'll get. Welker is listed as questionable, but they thing he will play. I am more concerned about the fact that the Pats are playing in Seattle, who has a solid D. Which would you play? I am leaning towards Welker, because between him and Gronk, they seem to be Brady's go to guys.

That's tough but I would have to go with the elite QB defense or not. Welker would be the clear choice.
