The RG3 Dilemma (WHIR)

10 team standard 2 QB

in kind of a pickle.
my two starting QB's are Cam Newton and RG3. with Cam on a bye, I was forced to start Hasselbeck, who netted a decent 15. however, the other slot is now looking sketchy. because this is a 2 QB league, i am limited to exactly 4 options for this slot. please tell me which you think is the smartest play.

1)RG3 - the ideal situation, RG3 gets the go ahead and starts. planning for this scenario limits to only one of my backup plans to follow.
2)BRADY QUINN - i know, not something i'd ever want to consider, but has to be mentioned. Quinn is the only starting QB currently available. he plays an early game, so if i commit to this, i'm stuck with him even if RG3 goes.
3)TIM TEBOW - another guy who's game starts early and would negate the chance to start RG3. do i take the chance that Tebow finally does something?
4)REDSKINS BACKUP - whoever gets the nod if RG3 can't go, whether it be Kirk Cousins or Rex Grossman. this isn't as much an option as my only chance to start somebody if RG3 doesn't suit up.


any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

with your other options, the obvious choice is RG3. i KNOW he's one hit away from being on the bench. Trust me, RG3 STARTS AND PLAYS WELL! Good Luck!

Just My Two Cents Worth!
Quinn...There's very little to base Quinn on outside of his situation; he's part of a potentially dangerous offense, throwing against the league's most miserable pass defense. This isn't an argument to support starting Quinn over the likes of Andrew Luck, but if you're stuck starting him in a deeper league, you may be in for a pleasant surprise.

Fantasy football is gambling...so I go with Quinn. RGIII may get knocked out and is against a good pass def. Quinn has a good match up and will check down to Charles and he can fly.

Its tempting to say RGIII, because these is at least some potential that he could have a big game today against the Vikings. But I think the safe bet, and probably the right decision, is Quinn.

Go with RGIII and don't look back. Even if his matchup is tough, his legs make him a virtually matchup-proof player. His floor, IMO is 10-12 points. He's been medically cleared and Shanny says the play-calling won't change. RGIII is a stud, so please, please, please don't sit him for Quinn or, *gulp* Tebow.
