RB help . not good choices. WHIR

Normal scoring no PPR

I have Ben Tate against GB - he is capable but just not getting carries with Foster leading the NFL

Also Lamar Miller vs StL - Daniel Thomas is out, Bush is banged up, and Miller did well in relief last time, but do I trust the rookie?

Which one has more upside?
The key to a winning season is focusing on one opponent at a time. Winning one week at a time. Never look back and never look ahead.

Thanks for the help with mine!

I would go with Miller. I'm a Tate (and Foster) owner, so I've been following him. He just hasn't gotten many opportunities thus far. I do think that you have something in Tate down the road because I'm not sure Foster will hold up, and Johnson is sliding, so the Texans will continue to run the ball.

With Thomas out and Bush hurting, it gives the Dolphins a good opportunity to see what Miller can do.

Bottom line, I think Miller will touch the ball more than Tate.

i agree with bush not at 100% i do believe Miller will have more touches vs the rams...tate is running good but Foster is getting all the TDs

good luck
