From SI.com 9:30am "WAS: Grant Paulsen reported that Pierre Garcon practiced less on Friday than he had previously. This is in line with the issue of recovery that Garcon has had all along. He's a very risky play being a late game and at this stage, I'd avoid him. He remains a GTD without a real lean."
Hate to say it, but I would go LSH over Green, just because of the matchups.
