Jason Witten, I'm thinking it's still another week before either Jackson or Spiller shows who is going to get the ball more. Right now it's Fred Jax but he hasn't done much, whereas Spiller has but doesn't get the ball as much. Either way they eat each others points and Witten gets a lot of targets each week from Romo.

I'd go with FJax, then Spiller, then Witten. Witten will only go as far as Romo will take him, and I don't trust Tony a bit. The Bills may be hesitant to test the Cardinals' secondary on deep balls, so I think you'll see a lot of dump-offs to the backs that will be hugely valuable to PPR leaguers.
