Who should I start Garcon or James Jones?

RB- McFadden, Charles
WR- Welker, Garcon
TE- Pettigrew
Flex- Bush
K- Zeurlein
DEF- Eagles

Bench- Rivers, Crabtree, Boldin, Jones, Scott Chandler, Andre Brown

James Jones, he is fully healthy and should see plenty of targets with Jennings out.

Between those two I'd go with Jones, but I'd actually play Crabtree over either guy with confidence.
