Please Help WHIR: Start two: Nicks, Nelson, Ballard

I'm in a tricky place.

Nicks and Nelson go late, I won't know if Nicks is playing before Ballard plays. Do I keep Ballard in my lineup?

If I keep Ballard in there, do I start Nicks over Nelson if he's active?

Yeah it seems you're kind of handicapped here. I'd start Ballard against a poor rush defense and if Nicks suits up you gotta play him over Nelson.

I have Nelson as well and he's been a huge disappointment for me. Monitor the inactives and if Nicks is good, start him. Huge game for both teams and I expect it to be a good one.
