I typically don't veto trades, but I feel giving up Brady AND a 2nd round pick for Thomas is a bit much even in a keeper league. Am I off base here?

It depends on how your Yahoo league scoring favors QB's overall. Not sure what both rosters look like but it does seem somewhat much to acquire a WR. But not worthy of a veto unless collusion is suspected.
