I think you are undervaluing Marshall with this one. Marshall has been on a roll lately, and he is WR1 in Chicago. You could do much better with that than Turner.
If I was you I'd look to trade Wayne or White for AP. White shares his time with Julio Jones and Gonzo in the Atlanta offense. That means one week he puts up 30 points, the next you're lucky to get 5. I'd rather have consistent point production rather than a huge game one week and a disappointment the next. I feel like you could get more for White than Marshall, and you may even be able to swing AP and Chandler for White. You will need a TE to fill in for gonzo next week, unless there are decent options available on waivers (Pitta, Bennett, Celek, Cook).
Same thing for Wayne, though you have a better chance at the trade with White. Maybe even try to work a trade with the MJD owner for Wayne.
On a side note, I'd drop Best. He's one hit away from retirement.

I love Marshall and I don't want to lose him by any means. For some reason the people in my league just aren't biting on any deals right now. I agree with rather having Marshall than White as well.
What about Bradshaw or lynch? I might be able to pull off Sproles and Wayne for Bradshaw or Lynch and Gibson or Moore?
I would lose sproles but I think I would be in MUCH better shape with Bradshaw than sproles.
Best is actually on my IR so it's not taking up a roster spot
I think that depends on which moore you're talking about Denarius Moore, maybe, Lance moore, I don't think so. The Raiders are a better running team so I think you can swing D Moore. A #1 option will be hard to trade for, but Moore is a low end WR1. I can see him as a good flex option for most teams. Lance Moore would be tough to pick up, he really turned it up in the post season as a redzone threat and he's great so far this year. I love Bradshaw also, a lot of guys think he is weak but he has shown up these last couple weeks. I'd try Wayne/Sproles for Bradshaw/D Moore (if thats the one he has) If not, you may have to look elsewhere
I like it, all your starting WRs in your new lineup have had their byes already, so Gibson really isn't a deal breaker. Only reason why you'd need him is if there was an injury, but even then I think he has a good chance with Amendola out a few weeks
