I tend to grab BYE week kickers that play in a dome for that said week. This time of year the weather gets crazy with the wind and rain playing havoc with a PK's fundamentals. Gould plays in an open stadium that constantly suffers from side winds, while Tynes is at home in a new field that may offer circumstances different from the old Giants stadium. I'll take the dome guys over these guys all season if possible.
