So I just proposed a trade to a guy in my league to try and get Jimmy Graham. I figure his value will probably never be lower than it is right now, unless he gets hurt again for a significant amount of time.

I give Shonn Greene and Owen Daniels and I would receive Graham and Alex Green. PPR league. Thoughts? Daniels has been solid all season and I think Shonn Greene is the ultimate "sell-high" right now.

Not a bad trade offer but Greene may hold up this deal due to his lack of performance all season till last week. Still, it might work for you and worth doing it.
