WHIR ---use NO 1 Waiver for Felix? WHIR

I am definitely not starting Felix if i get him with my No. 1 priority, but the guy I am playing has Welker on a bye and an empty RB/WR slot, and a Cowboys fan, so I was wondering if I should use my No. 1 priority (14 TEAM PPR .1)? I know McFadden had the same injury that Murray has now, last season and missed 9 games so it may pay off in long run as well. Should I use my priority to snag him and keep him away? If so, drop Dolphins D (who has great match ups after bye) or Vick Ballard (who has been unimpressive and has just one start left)? As of now I'm dropping Ballard for Jones but it doesn't clear until Wednesday.

Yeah for sure do it and drop Dolphins D. He could be the starter for a while and in a 14 team league there can't be much else to pick up anyway.
