MJD+Washington for Bush+Wayne?

Just got offered MJD+Nate Washington for my Reggie Bush+Reggie Wayne. I think it's a pretty decent offer! Although Wayne has been a king in PPR leagues this year. I'm interested but would prefer another WR in return. Do you think I should counter for MJD+Lloyd or Maclin? If he's not interested should I offer him Reggie Bush+Stevie Johnson (instead of Wayne) for MJD+Nate Washington?
