WHIR - Trading Away RB for Upgrade at TE

12 team H2H league, 4 pts per pass TD, 6 pts per rush/rec TD, 0.1 pts per rush/rec yard, 0.04 pts per pass yard

My team as it stands now:

QB - Drew Brees, Christian Ponder
RB - C.J. Spiller, Willis McGahee, Shonn Greene, Felix Jones, Mike Goodson
WR - Larry Fitzgerald, A.J. Green, Denarius Moore, Nate Washington
TE - Antonio Gates, Fred Davis

A guy in my league asked me to make offers to him in which I give up one of my RBs. He needs some help with DeMarco Murray and Donald Brown out. His roster is below. The only helpful trades for me would involve an upgrade at TE and/or a long-term upgrade at RB. Would any of the trade offers at the bottom be beneficial for me? Any other ideas?

QB - Matt Ryan, Carson Palmer
RB - DeMarco Murray, Rashard Mendenhall, Donald Brown, William Powell, David Wilson, Jacquizz Rodgers
WR - Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, Torrey Smith, Pierre Garcon

Trade him Shonn for Donald Brown and be done with it. Shonn cant be used ever and you will never start him over McGahee or Spiller and Brown gives you another decent RB to have for the last 7-8 weeks of the year

I agree with the above posters. You're in decent shape as is, and trading with him would only be to their benefit so I don't think it's worth doing.

I agree with just about everyone else. I wouldn't do the trade...unless you feel some need to help this other guy out.
