So I put feelers out to see if any other teams would trade one of their QB's for Rivers. After going back and forth a few times another owner offered me the following players.....

Eli Manning/Sproles/S. Smith/Hernandez

in return I give...

Rivers/Hartline/Reggie Bush

I mainly was seeking out a trade cause Rivers is on a bye this week and I only have one QB. Am I crazy or is this a killer trade for me. I know Bush is having a pretty solid year, but he hasn't been very consistent. Should I counter with Doug martin instead of Bush? I also have Gates so I would need a TE this week which getting Hernandez would be great. I dont have any open bench spots so I would have to drop someone (probably Garcon) to accommodate this trade. Am I missing something here?

Good trade, I would do it. Especially to get Eli, who I think is a big upgrade over Rivers. I also like Doug Martin more than Bush, but that's just me.

Wow! I know this is a good trade for me, but I didn't expect the response to be this positive. Anyone have an issue with me dropping Garcon to waivers to make this deal happen? I guess I'm just hesitant as I really had high hopes for him this year with RGIII coming in. I know when he comes back he's probably going to kill it and be a top WR. Maybe. Anyone got input on this? other issue is I will still have a QB dilemma come Eli's bye week. I guess in the meantime I can try to trade for someone else to free up bench space.
