Week 8 Defense suggestions (Waiver tonight)

Standard scoring league. I currently have the Houston Texans as my D/ST and they are BYE next week so I am looking to pick up another team before its too late.

The following teams are available via waiver:

Rams
Bengals
Colts
Dolphins

These others are free agents

Panthers
Raiders
Saints
Lions
Jets
Jaguars
Titans
Chargers
Chiefs
Broncos

Which one would be my best bet for week 8? Any thoughts?

Rams vs. NE
Dolphins @ NYJ
Bengals BYE
INDY @ TEN

Out of those 4, I like the Dolphins, but I would need to look at the match ups for the others first

viable options as I see it are:
MIA @ NYJ
NYJ vs. MIA
INDY @ TEN
TEN vs. INDY
OAK @ KC
DET vs. SEA
SD @ CLE

Of those, I think the Miami and Jets game is probably going to be your best bet. I'd probably go with the Miami side since the Jets cant throw the ball and Miami defends the run well. Should be a low scoring game as well, I cant say that for Indy/Ten. Oakland and KC could also be interesting though I dont like either defense compared to Miami and the Jets. Detroit and SD are also interesting..
