Trade for Peyton? WHIR!!!

I have Eli and Flacco in a 10 team 3-keeper league. I was thinking of going after Peyton after this week, and since he is on a bye and Eli faces the Redskins, I think they might be close ranking wise and I could get him with Eli and something small. Here's my roster:

QB: E. Manning, Flacco
RB: Trent Richardson, Steven Jackson
RB: Chris Johnson, Montario Hardesty
WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Denarius Moore
WR: AJ Green, Lance Moore
WR: Demaryius Thomas
TE: Antonio Gates, Kyle Rudolph
DEF: Houston D/ST
K: Graham

Should I try to get Peyton (if so, what should I offer?), or try to make a move to upgrade my RBs?

Eli is as good as Peyton in my opinion....Why trade?? I like Eli better.

I had Eli and Peyton..........I traded Eli for Richardson and Glad I kept Peyton. I think they are very close but the style of play offers more points for Peyton. I would trade Eli for Peyton but not sure how much more.

Thanks guys. I definitely wouldn't give a lot more than Eli. I'm 2-4 and a lot of people in my league are getting trade happy. I also have a shot to get Percy Harvin, but the guy wants picks. I was thinking of offering Thomas and a late rounder.
