Who to start at flex for week 7???

As of now I have Stephen Jackson (GB) starting at flex, but on my bench, I have Kenny Britt (@Buff) and Mike Williams (NO). I love both of those matchups, but I do know that RBs get more touches, therefore have more opportunities to score. Who would you start? BTW, its a standard scoring format....
