R. Wayne for L. McCoy (PPR)

Postby esm2012 » Wed Oct 17, 2012 9:49 pm

I was offered McCoy for Wayne in a 12 team PPR league (1 point per reception). We play 2 RB, 2 WR, Flex (WR,RB,TE)

I'm currently 6-0 and always looking to better my team. My roster:

QB- RG3/Ponder
RB- Rice/Sproles/Matthews/Leshoure/Ballard
WR - R. White/Harvin/Wayne/Amendola (IR)/S. Hill/Garcon
TE - Gonzalez/Fleener

The guy needs Wayne this week (he is 0-6 and needs a win) and the thought of having MCCoy who I think will get more touches as the season moves along) in my lineup would make it stronger.
Out of 6 games I had Wayne benched for 4 of them.

Thoughts??? Give me your link to help you out as well. Thanks

Take it and run your team is ridicuously stacked.

Youd be able to start Rice, Mccoy, and Matthew/SProles in flex and still have Roddy and Harvin for WR. I must ask how did your team get this good for a 12 team league? Did you make a ton of trades is this a keeper league or what?

Thanks for the reply!! I actually drafted most of this team. I had the 3rd pick (Rice) in draft and as everyone was grabbing the "Elite QBs"..I was grabbing RB's/WR.. I gambled on RG3 in the 10th round...Matthews fell to me in the 7th (he was hurt)...No one wanted Wayne and got him in the 9th..Was fortunate in the draft (league has been playing for 5 years now) and hoping to keep it going for the rest of the season.

I've learned to always be looking to improve your team when you can and I think giving up Wayne for McCoy does that...

Thanks again
