Shady Trade? Need opinions. Help

I am the commish of a ten team league standard yahoo league.

Recently the last place team (A) tried to make a trade with one of the best teams (B).

The trade was:

(A )gives up Megatron and Marshawn Lynch
FOR
(B) gives Fred jackson & Mike Williams

Both players are related to each other. To me it seems like the guy with the worse team is cutting some kind of deal with the better team guy to save face and maybe get some money back in the end. What do u think?
