RB Help! Pick 1 !!!

Standard scoring, I have a tough choice between:

Michael Bush vs. Detroit
William Powell @ Minnesota

I am not sure who to start here. I am leaning towards Powell because I feel that he will be the feature back, but Minnesota has been in top 5 to fantasy RB points allowed. Bush, on the other hand will most likely only seeing goal line touches, leaving him at around 3-8 carries, and maybe around 2-6 receptions, but a chance for a TD. Any thoughts?
