Dalton/etc for Gronk/etc Trade WHIR

I'm in PPR Keeper league. A guy really wants one of my QB's (Brees and Dalton). Dalton was drafted in the 11th round and could be a great keeper. Here are the teams:

Mine:
QB: Brees, Dalton
WR: AJ Green, Eric Decker, Malcolm Floyd, Stephen Hill
RB: MJD, BJGE, Demarco Murray, Felix Jones
TE: Finley, Kyle Rudolph

His:
QB: Rivers, Weeden
WR: Wallace, Steve Smith, Devery Henderson, Kendall Wright,Josh Gordon
RB: Bolden, McFadden, William Powell, Hardesty, Baron Batch
TE: Gronkowski

What I'm proposing is Dalton, Floyd, Rudolph for Rivers, Wallace and Gronkowski. Am I asking for too much? Would I have to substitute Dalton for Brees to make this fair? Keep in mind, Rivers is on a bye so he's got Weeden going and may be desperate. Thanks!

I guess a follow up question would be, should I roll with Dalton instead of Brees? For QB's, it's 6 pts/TD, 300+ yd bonus and -2 for INT. Dalton has shown glimpses and I like having AJ Green combo'd together.

I think you can play off his desperation. It's not just a matter of Bye Week Woes; Phillip Rivers has been horrendous and Weeden is a rookie given to terrible games.

If he accepts it, do it. The worst he can say is no. And see what his counter-offer is, obviously.

If he is in bad shape and has to make a trade, he may take it, but you are the clear winner in this trade. I think you're overrating Dalton a little as far as being a keeper goes, but if you can make this trade happen, do it.
