QBs eligible at the FLEX...who to start?

It basically comes down to Ponder, Spiller, or Mendenhall.

Bonuses for my league are: 5 for 300+ passing yards, 3 for 100+ rushing, and 5 for 100+ receiving.

Also, this is a 1 PPR league. I'm leaning Ponder just because his risk points-wise is a lot less (assuming Minny doesn't have two TD returns like they had against Detroit), but Spiller looked amazing last week, and Tennessee's defense is obviously worse.

I don't know the scoring format but If its similar to my League, I would go with a QB. If stud RB's are capable of outproducing good QB's I'd go with Spiller.
