Trying to get Brady WHIR!!

I'm in a 12 team PPR League (1 pt PPR) and I'm trying to land Brady because Shaub is not doing it for me right now and I'm tired of it. The guy I'm trying to trade with has both Brady and RGIII, so I'm trying to make a play to get Brady. Let me know what you think of this, and how I could improve the trade.
