I have been offered LeShoure for Nicks.

Should I take that or counter with Torrey Smith or Stand Pat?

My Team:
QB Brees
RB Turner, McFadden, Jennings (Bye Week Sub)
WRs Julio Jones, Torrey Smith, Bowe, Nicks and Hixon (sub for Nicks)
TE Hernandez, Cook

I would stand pat man. Leshoure doesn't really warrant either receiver yet.

Agreed, I think LeShoure needs a couple more solid games before you can take that trade. You are better off picking up a free agent this week to fill in for Turner, I don't see much value in Jennings anymore.
