Trade:Peyton Manning/Ridley 4 Alfred Morris/Colston WHIR!!!!

I know this sounds really unfair, but hear me out..... it's an 8 team leage and I managed to stash 3 QBs on my roster. I have Matt Ryan, RG3 and Peyton. I knew one of them was going to be used as trade bait at some point. Matt Ryan and RG3 are untouchable to me so I've now been offered the trade noted in the subject.

I tried doing Manning for Morris straight up and he declined. He says he needs an RB in return. He only want Ridley and i'm hesitant to let him go. Am I an idiot?

Please help. WHIR!!!!!!
