MIKEL Leshoure or FRED Jackson for the rest of the Season?

Postby DC5SB » Fri Oct 19, 2012 12:59 am

The trade is contingent on the general consensus.

Who would you rather have and why?

Fred Jackson has to split carries for the rest of the season, whereas Mikel gets the load(in a pass heavy offense).
Fred has the easier schedule, but not the easiest, Mikel has a pretty tough road ahead of him.
Fred is old, Mikel is young.

Who would you choose and why?

Leshoure all the way.... Now that Best has been ruled out for sure there no other RB to fight carries with. Fred and Spiller are going to be 50/50 the rest of the way until one of them gets hurt. Lions will have to run the ball more in order for the passing to work out for them. So i see Mikel with more of an upside then Fred....

I would totally go Leshoure on this one. F Jax has Spiller and Spiller will likely take over the bulk of the carries the second half of the season. Leshoure is by himself and there really isn't anything in his way. The Lions passing attack has been lacking this year too so they might try to balance things out more with running game as well.

Check my out my post let me know what you think.
