Not a bad trade for you. Not sure what your roster consisted of prior to this trade but adding a starting RB to your staff should benefit you in the long run.

My roster going into the trade was:

QB Rivers
RB Forte, Murray, Chris Johnson
WR Bryant, Julio Jones, Jackson
TE Gates, Witten

I figure I can move Murray or combo Johnson with someone an upgrade at QB or another WR. MJD seemed a more reliable option than Murray (injured) and Johnson (sucking).

With the extra roster spot you can pick up a good WR or other positional player. Nice move. ;-D
