FLEX: Dwyer, Ballard, or D Moore?

I know that Dwyer is starting this week, but he hasn't ever been super impressive. D Moore seems more high risk high reward. Throwing in Ballard just because he's out there.
QBs: Ryan, Big Ben
RBs: Forte, McFadden, Jamaal Charles, MJD, Chris Johnson
WRs: AJ Green, Torrey Smith, Vincent Jackson, Dez, Antonio Brown
TEs: Gates, Witten
